Cool Mr. Acplug himself didnt know he fished in the NSC congrats. Also congrats to you Iamthesmf on becoming the tourney director. You guys should consider updating the NSC webpage more frequently especially the fishing report and standings column. I might be interested but as you know I dont own a boat and dont think ill be winning any tourneys from shore.......well maybe but not likely. I just signed up for the NSC newsletter though.[cool]

The website is in the update mode with bigger and better stuff. May take a few months Rezdog (Tony R.) is working on it. As for fishing the tournaments the best I have done a 2nd place win. I did make the top 10 and will compete for the championship fish-off in February.
We (me, my sister and her husband) rent a 26ft deck boat for 24hrs at about $500 out of Callvile for the tournaments. Maybe we can take you out out with us, I will check with the crew.

Also I am going out of Temple bar for an exploratory trip end of February with the 26ft deck boat, let me know if you want to go. This is a not a club function, tournaments start in March.

You'll definitely have some tuff competition if Alan Cole shows up to the february fish off [cool] Theres also something else Ive been meaning to ask what kind rod/reel setup do you guys use to cast those acplugs? Thought I had a heavy set up put a casitas on n almost snapped the rodtip.

No AC for the Feburary Tourny just the top 10 guys.
Mostly we troll the big plugs behind the boat.
I do have a setup for casting the big lures......
