any luck at rock?

Up at rockport not having any luck first time ice. At about 45 feet deep. One or two nibbles tried everything. Any suggestions? Or is anyone else up here having any luck?

Buddy just caught 2 trout. There up higher at about 10 feet. We were fishing the bottom no luck. Tried up high began getting bites.

What's the weather like up there today? I'm waiting for my son to get home from his scout klondike camp and then we might hit it later this afternoon. It's been pretty windy and cool down here in the valley

[indent]just got back from the Rock, fished the west side, sun was out then it would blow and snow and was windy the whole time. Slow- no fish in 3 hours, saw about 2-3 come up around me the whole time.

Cleared up a little. Getting more bites. Caught 8 trout 10-12 inches released 6. Kept a few for dinner. Ice is about 6 in. Edges solid.

Well ended as a good day although windy and some snow 8 fish in 7 hours between 3 people. Great day.
