Strait from the Mr. Kelley;
Rod,
First of all thank you for your feedback. To answer your first question....No, we have not changed our methods of processing nor have we used any different type of eggs for the different lines of eggs. In the last few years, we have seen a slight difference in the size and maturity of the eggs we receive from our suppliers.
There have been shortages of eggs due to the lower returns of fish off the W Coast, New York and Great Lakes. Also, due to these events, there is a trickle down effect. The caviar suppliers have the first go of the eggs and then what ever is left over or that they can not sell as caviar is sold to us bait manufacturers.
I assure you that these eggs will still out fish our competitors!
Now, on to your second question about our interest in a biodegradable bait. Im going to have to decline, as we are currently working on a similar product.
Please feel free to call or email any other questions or concerns you may have. Thanks again for your feedback and use of our products.
Regards,
Casey Kelley, President
