Wide open water from Anvil to the Dam. Open areas mixed with some ice to just above Marsh Creek. Ice above that.

We fished just south of Lost Dog/Confluence today......ice was about 12 to 14 inches....caught a few...lost a couple...landed one mack about 19 inches. Didnt get to fish all day....but it was fun. except for the neighbors....spinning cookies on their atv's for about an hour, I wasnt impressed with that!

What are the conditions at Buckboard? How much of the ice has melted with warmer temps? I was there a week ago and had some fun catching pups. Plan to return if the ice is good.

Hey capt jim its good to hear from ya!! I've been worried since your episode, I hope every thing worked out ok.... the burbot bash is going on this week so im sure alot of people will start posting ice conditions starting monday,it does go all week so alot of people might not have computer access but many will probably head home today so we should see some reports. Last I heard is the Ice is going quick and pressure rides are forming all over the lake so be careful I don't want to see someone go thru he ice.

Just got back from the Bash, we fished Holmes crossing on 6 inches of clear slick ice, we could see open water to the south and partly into Holmes chanel. My son and I iced 14 Koke killers. I know there was thicker ice up and Buck Board and Lost Dog but don't know thickness details.
