Twin Falls
#1
Had a wonderful day today fly fishing 3 minutes from my house here in Twin. Enjoyed the beautifully mild winter weather and caught 10+ rainbows on woolly buggers. The fish were pretty beat-up though. The fins were torn apart and were pretty ragged. Does anyone know why that happens? I know the fins on hatchery fish get worn down pretty far, but these were more shredded. I didn't take a picture, sorry.

My guess would be spawning. I know this time of yr some bows tend to look beat up
