Pelican Info?

makin the trip to pelican on friday and staying till saturday. any info on how the lake is and the fishing would be great and if anyone knows where i can get into the bass would be even better thanks in advance.

Pelican has been fishing very well lately. A buddy of mine fished it Monday on the east side and did very well. They caught a couple 10" gills. Largemouth bass can be anywhere in the lake. If you get to fishing and are only catching gills try moving to a different spot and look for them next to reed beds.
