Yanked this bad boy (er girl lol) thru the ice Saturday morning... I think we were in about 40 foot of water and about 1-2 cranks off the bottom with a rat finky tipped with crawler. I cleaned it just like that video of the 10 second perch method, not near as easy as cleaning the perch but you don't waste any meat that way. Then coated it with Golden Dipt Cajun dry mix and baked it at 350 for 1/2 an hour.... delish fish! Grabbed the spine and pulled all the bones with one fell swoop leaving two nice slabs of sweet flakey flesh.
