Upper stillwater/rockcreek

Went to rockcreek for the holiday, tried to fish the res. a couple of different days but it was way to windy [:/].so my son and i stuck to the river.I don't know how many fish we caught and releasd but it was alot, we kept two limits of brook trout. we measured some of the browns the largest being 20". i know why there are no fire restrictions up there we got 1.5" of rain friday night. but overall it was a great trip

I was up fishing the Lake Fork end of things, but went over to the General Store in Mountain Home and seen some of the pictures of fish people were bringing out of Rock Creek canyon!!! Some very nice browns and bows, I may have to take a day and drive back out there to fish that stream and concentrate on a few honey holes of the Lake Fork for nice browns!!! Those 2 creeks have always treated me well!!!
