Okay, what's your favorite fish to eat?

Kokanee salmon and brookies are tops for eating in my book. Walleye and perch are mighty good also. Blue- gill are great too but I throw them back to live another day as they don't seem to have much meat on them.

Halibut by far, Salmon, then trout. Still working on cooking panfish right.

There is nothing better than perch.....Well maybe walleye and pike come close....but, nope, perch it is!
