So has anyone been fishing just below the dam, at the power plant? I have been thinking of giving it a try.

It should be good even if the water is low. The rainbows are running and the browns are up there eating their eggs!

Talked to someone a week ago who launched a canoe and went across to the other side to fish from shore and did real well. A week ago Friday in the morning is when he went. I have no clue what they were fishing with.

I have heard a couple alright reports. One thing to keep in mind is the snow depth, heard the cornice is big, with deep snow below. Good luck if you go up though.
