Arrowrock 3-10
#1
My fishing buddy and I headed up to Arrowrock at 4:00. The area around the dam still had ice, but I suspect it will be gone soon. We set up our gear at the first beach area and fished for about two hours.

The trout were biting, but very soft. They'd just nibble a little bit and were tough to hook. I managed to catch one planter about 12" on a worm and marshmallow before a storm blew in. There was a downpour and some really nasty gusts that tossed our gear everywhere.

All my stuff got wet, but I did get a chance to put my new rain gear to the test. My gear got soaked, my chair got soaked, my rigs got soaked... But I didn't get soaked. Sure was worth the $180 I paid for it.
