unlucky peak

i knew this weekend was going to be too windy so i went for a few hours friday to try for bass. had one follow it in and one get off. water was only 41 to 44. should have taken the day off and went to strike with my buddy who caught 30 bass friday. apparently there were 50+ boats fishing for crappie at the hump and narrows. hopefully it will keep getting better.

sorry to here it was slow. there are some huge bass in lucky peak. on the home page of this site in the picture section somewhere there are picks of some a couple guys caught up there last year. they look like 6 lbs. i have caught a couple 3.5 -4 .5 fish in years past it's not usually fast action but can be rewarding sometimes. maybe you will nail them next time
