trolling motor

well i got a minn kota power driver when step on pedal turn the porp it just click . any advice on what it might be is it the motor or a the pedal? has any of you had this promblem?

If you are talking about the one with the little (1" button), then I would bet that it is the contacts in there that are not connecting well. I have a few friends who have had that problem. I dont think it is your motor, but it would be easy to check....just hook it up to the battery direct, if it works, then it is not the motor and it is something with the pedal.
