twin lakes!!!!

I am going to twin lakes tomorow morning with my dad to catch some fish hopfully!! i am bringing my tube dont know if i will actually use it but we will see!!! If i catch fish or my dad i will come back with pictures to share even if we dont probly share some pictures... as well as a fish storie[Wink][Wink]

well i hooked into something for about 2 seconds before it spit the hook! my dad also hooked into a nice trout didn't get a picture do to it spit the hook as well soon as it got close to shore!!! i went out in my float tube for about 50 yards before my feet went numb water is around 38 degrees way cold still but was a nice day out here are some pictures!!!

Hey jeremypeace thanks for the pics . i've been wanting to go to Twinlakes now that my arm is getting better but i guess i'll have to wait a little longer . the water looks low .

it is low the run off hasnt even really been very bad this year over in that area!!! it doesnt even warm up enough long enough for it to really start!!!! but it should here soon and it will be back to normal!!![fishon]

yeah you may catch some like ive said in the hawkins post they are there but are not eating to much!!! but best of luck to you!!!! never know you may just knock em dead!!![fishon][fishon]

It's up a lot from what it was last fall. Once we get some warm weather it's going to top right off, I've no doubt. They're talking about major flooding this year, they're all going to fill up.

It's nice to see the water looking nice and clear. If we can get a few nice warm days I just might go bass hunting up there.

i dont think it will flood but it will defiantly go to at least high water mark!! [sly]

I don't think that Twin is going to flood, but some other places will. I've never seen The Bear this full or Cutler either. Twin isn't really that far from full, there will be no problems topping it off.

all i know is i cant wait for pre spawn hopfully the water will be up to lvl so the fish will have there spawning spots..[fishon][fishon]

Definitely. I've been dreaming about pre-spawn since my last bass fishing trip the end of October. If we can get a string of warm days they should get active here pretty soon. I'm sure they'll have their spawning grounds this year, the water's already creeping up into the trees and brush.
