Well, my LMB drought came to an end yesterday with 2 caught at Floyd Lamb, one being a dink, the second being a very impressive size for the smallest of ponds there. (sorry for no pics, I don't currently have a working camera)
I tried top water at sunset, but caught both fish on a Chigger Craw on a jig head. The 2nd, larger fish was caught by casting the craw to a the fish by sight as it finned in the shallows toward sun down. The 1st by simply jigging the shallows with said Craw.
The little guy was caught on my first cast. That's my past two trips now with a fish on the first cast.....
