berry ice?

Anyone been on the ice at the berry in the last couple of days?

Flying back into town tonight and decided I might make one last trip up tomorrow if the deck is still good.

was there yesterday the ice is softening up main lake has 2 feet of slush frist bay on the soldier creek side was solid an no slush best place to try the 6 feet of snow that was in the valley is now 3 feet of watery shush look like a bad place to be on a sled alot of the hills are melting off ladders are still not running DNR said the was prolonging turning the now as long as possible if you go the the berry take the roads around and or dont go far on the ice and above all be safe

no its not that soft still got time to fish but be ready for the slush monster there still 20 good inches under the top layer of ick
