Lake Powell reciprocal license question
#1
Plan on going to Powell in a few weeks, i will be purchasing a Reciprocal stamp for my Utah License to fish the Ariz. side. The question is about my 2nd pole Utah License, will this be valid on the Ariz. side ? or do i have to purchase a 2nd pole license / stamp for Arizona?

Thx

If you are going to fish the Arizona portion of Lake Powell with your Utah fishing or combo license and a reciprocal Arizona Lake Powell stamp, you will need to purchase the Arizona two pole permit if you want to use more than one rod at a time while fishing in Arizona waters of Lake Powell.

Is that the case with Flaming Gorge and fishing the Wyoming side as well?[angelic]

I'm not 100% sure about Wyoming, but I believe they have pretty much the same requirements for soft water fishing. I don't get up to the Gorge very often, so I haven't checked into their requirements. I do know that Wyoming allows up to 6 lines while ice fishing at the Gorge and I didn't have to get any additional permit after I purchased the Wyoming stamp. I suggest you check the Wyoming Game and Fish website to make sure.
