Silver Creek has been referred to my some as the "most famous fly fishing stream in the world". A very challenging creek. You will see license plates from all over the U.S. there in the summer. Mike

Fish it early or very late in the season as those fish become very wise fast.

The fish there are always wise. The water is gin clear. you can see them and they can see you. You get the best hatches late July, early Aug. the evenings can be great. The lower section will moss up later in the year. The hopper and beatle fishing can be good later in the summer. Try pulling some big streamers with sink tips close to the under cuts on the banks. If your lucky you might get into a big Brown. I grew up fishing Silver Creek, it's a wonderful place. I get over there a couple of times during the summer every year. A great trip is to hit Magic Res, the Big Wood, and Silver Creek.
