Hey all.
The name's Mike, and I'm a recent transplant from Northern Ohio to the Hilton Head area of South Carolina (I know, another FIFO [
]).
Anyways, my username was picked because it's totally true. I'm a virgin to Saltwater fishing, and since I am where I am in the world, seems the only way to go.
Anyways, I'm here to get some info on how to fish piers and banks around my area for fish like red drum and maybe some cobia if they're brave enough to get close to shore (don't have a boat).
I'll be posting something in the SC forum about my questions right after this, but if anyone has suggestions, it would be more than appreciated!

Welcome saltvirgin. Lets move you over to the Salt Water board where you really can get some good advise.
