[cool] me and the better half decided to hit lorenzi pond for the pet catfish stocking today after dropping the kids at school, my wife got a 20" channel cat, I got a 19" on the ultralight that was an ok fight, it would have been a better fight if it was a wild cat out of lake mead, but still a 3lb cat on ultra light was fun. here are the pictures. we caught them both on berkley catfish powerbait in blood flavor. also tossed the fly rod around a bit but no takers.

Those look like some healthy stocker cats. Im also glad to see my nicknames are catchin on. Way to get out there and tear it up at the urbans.

yeah i like those nick names LOL. [fishon] oh yeah they were some nice stockers nice thick fillets, got almost 2lbs of meat between the 2 of them. and we got to have some fish pull on our lines right around the corner from the house. fishin on a budget lol[cool]

they are, they have cut down a lot of trees i'm not sure when they are gonna be finished, but they are still stocking it monthly with cats.
