which place??

I have not fished Pelican Lake or Steinaker Res and was thinking of trying one of them in two weeks. I was just woundering which one be a better place to go?

My vote goes to Pelican. If you have any type of craft, you should be able to catch bluegills and bass to your heart's content.

The bluegillls are not as big as they used to be, but nice, and they have raised the limit to 20.

I know Steinaker has fish, but in two trips there I haven't caught anything buy crawdads.

Heck, if you drive up to Steinaker, just go 15 minutes more and fish Red Fleet. Pretty place with willing bluegills and bass, and much better camping.
