I read a fishing report on Strawberry that said "Expected Catch: Rainbow, Cutthroat, Kokanee, and Smallmouth." I haven't fished Strawberry in a couple years but never heard they put Smallmouth in there...I was pretty much raised up there in my grandpas cabin and I am not sure I like that idea....any thoughts?

The topic has been covered here before. I believe there was an experimental planting. Some have survived I guess but i dont think there are the number of fish to have any kind of reproduction. The season is short and the winters long at strawberry. If I recall Bassrods has caught smallmouths from Strawberry.
