Thanks to all the guys who gave me some tips on Lowell last week but it was all to no avail [frown] I caught 1 (one) smallmouth that was about five inches long on a four inch senko. Oh well, it was a beautiful morning and my little sister and I enjoyed getting out immensely. We fished on the south east side near the deer flat refuge. We spent time in the flooded trees, in a bit more open water and used spinnerbaits, creature baits, and senkos but just couldn't find any fishies to play with. Headed up again this weekend actually and I may hit it again. Thanks again to all who gave me tips!
