Anybody know what kind of action is happening on the weber? Preferably around morgan and peterson. Maybe up as far as coalville. What are they bitin on? Where they bitin? Thanks guys

high and dirty. i havent personally fished the area you are talking about but above coalville you can still get into one or two if you search for some good holding water

I would assume high and dirty as well. I live in Bountiful and while I was out walking my dogs tonight the little canal that runs near buy sure was pretty fast and high for this time of year.

Checked it out between Wanship and Coalville. It's over its banks and running hard right now. Tough fishing unless you can find some back eddies behind rocks or log jams. I would wait until the run-off slows down...

Ok just got back from the Weber. Not a great day but landed 4 Brown Trout. That river sure is moving fast.

Hardware is my preferred method this time of year. Don't let the water fool you, it is dangerous. There are a ton of fish to be had. Fish anything that is slack. Don't bother with to much fast water. Edges and feeder creeks, anything with broken current will do the trick. Besides that you will have the water to your self. If you can find one of those "quiet" back waters be prepared for the best fishing of the season.
