Lincoln Beach
#1
I've been a reader of the forum for a while now, but recently decided to join. Soon after I sent TubeDude a PM for a little help on UL.....it paid off.

Took my tube out this morning and slaughtered the white bass. Used worms, small spinners and jigs. After I had my fill of for them I decided to get some kitties. Dragged chunks of white bass and worms slowly along the bottom. Hooked up with 3 channels. The largest weighed in around 7#.

Love this website. Very good resource for us [Wink]

Didn't bring my camera out on the tube [frown] and only kept one of the smaller cats....but here is a pic of dinner

Welcome to the forum and thanks for the report. Nothing like a great day on the water, even better when there is catchin' going on![Smile]

Welcome to the forum. It sounds like it was a good day on the water. Lincoln Beach is one of favorite spots. Can I ask where specifically you found the white bass? They have eluded us the last couple trips out there.

I picked up a couple off the tip of the south dike, but it was hit and miss. Moved down to the reeds south of the southern dike and worked my way down toward the Benjamin Slough inlet. Went back and forth kicking slowly and found good results anywhere from 5 to30 feet away from the reeds.
Hope this helps[Smile]

Good luck!
