got out for a few hours yesterday with my wife just looking for some new spots since some of my older ones were starting to dry up.. I got a wild hair up my but to actually fish for ten min and caught one about 2.5 two casts later i got this 4lbr on digital scales not bad for this lake in Aug. Went back out with a buddy today and managed to catch a 6lb biglips in the mid lake area. She must have been lost we were both quite shocked to see a LM on the other end of my line.
