Way to go! When the girls can have fun with you, the trips can be even better. My daughter loves to float tube and I started my wife in 1997. My son loves to tube as well. I even got my nephew addicted. Bought him a tube last year as well.[cool] They will now be hooked and will want to go again and again!!!

[cool][#0000ff]Nice. I have had my whole fam dambly fishing and tubing for many years. Yeah, it can be a 3 ring circus on a family outing but you just need to reflect that there are "other things" they could be doing that are not nearly as "wholesome". And once a youngun (or oldun) gets passionate about tubing and fishing it becomes less likely that they will fill their idle hours with the wrong stuff.[/#0000ff]

Sounds fun, cute girls, I have one question.

Can I have one?

How about both but one comes with a 3 year old boy. How much would you charge me to take them off my hands?

I will take the one on the right. Just kidding.

Hopefully yall don't cross your lines too often. I meant that literally and figuratively (as in emotional fights, stress, etc).

So where was the pic taken and where is the trip report? Did I miss that one?

way to go .. great pic and it does look like everyone is having a good time.. but...

the young lady on the left seems to have the "nose" of her tube way down.. was that just during the picture.. or did she float like that all day..

more experienced ones here can clarify for me.. but sure seems to be a steep angle on that one...

[#0000ff]That's the kind of question no guy likes to have to answer.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]I thought about that too but wondered if it was a newbie tuber thing...or an inflation issue.[/#0000ff]

I think she is way up in the seat and leaning forward a little. I looked at some other pics and the tube seams to be floating alright.

As for a trip report here it goes. I showed up at Lost Creek about 9am. It takes a while to get 3 girls going. We floated around for a while drownding worms and power bait under bobbers, well I trolled a fly around a little. Didn't get a bite. Girls got hungry so we headed in for a sandwich and soda. The three fished from the bank off the bottom with worms, got a couple small bites and all three lost there rig so we headed home. Some guy was cleaning a couple nice trout while we were there, he said on went 4 pounds and by the size I would tend to belive that.

Now that is a fine group of folks. Good to see more of this on the forum. Good on ya. Hope to see more. Glad there was no problem with inflation, etc. and the tuber on the left. [Smile] Hope to see more of this and fish catching in the future.
