The Wife scored first this season on a nice cow yesterday over her favorite water hole. The skeeters and the heat were terrible this year. We did use a product to keep the blood suckers at bay and it seemed to work pretty good with out alarming the elk. It is called No Stinkin Bugs made by Scent Shield. It has an earth smell to it and I highly recommend it. We have two rifle cow elk tags to fill Labor Day weekend and a couple archery buck tags open yet.

I just went on line to see if I could find some of the Skeeter dope made by Scent Shield, I think they may have taken it off the market as I can't find it anywhere. Might be a health issue, could be why my skin has started falling off[shocked]
