Went up to East Canyon this morning with my dad. We trolled around for a couple of hours, and only boated 1 fish. The problem today was that we were trolling too quickly. The impellor on my dads little kicker wasn't working, so we had to troll around with the big motor. We had a 5 gallon bucket to drag around, but it only slowed us to 2.2 MPH, which is still much to fast for trout fishing. Saw 2 other boats, talked to one of the guys, they were using worm and pop-gear and had boated 2 small bows. It's plenty cool up there in the morning, so dress warm if you head out.
