John and I fished the HBSP tournament last night. We ran to shallow grass and had a 3 fish limit of 8 lbs in the boat in 20 minutes. We upgraded all night to end the tournament with a bit over 11 lbs and a win. All of our fish were caught in water 6 foot or less on Texas rigged worms or big creature baits. Water temps were around 87 degrees at the beginning of the night but cooled to 85. Water was about a foot low from full pool. That will change if we get the kind of rain they're forcasting.
