Well I'm in favor of this. Seems like a lot of the "regulars" think wiper numbers are down. (limited stocking in recent years). I'd be in favor of lowering the limit and also maybe creating 1 fish over <length> limit too. Promote a trophy lake.
It would be cool in my opinion if more catch and release was practiced on big wipers.
I keep reading reports on a Colorado forum @ Pueblo Reservoir - they catch 15-20lb wipers there. Think of how fun that would be!!!

On a side note. It is kind of cool to think about how well white bass would have done in Willard bay.
