SF Boise River winter access

Hi all,

I was wondering about winter access to the SF Boise River. I have been there many times but never in the winter. Is it generally accessable by vehicle over Blacks Cr. Road and by Anderson Res., or is a snowmobile needed?

i'm pretty sure you can take both ways. i know workers drive daily to anderson ranch dam and i'm pretty sure the mail and stuff go to prairie unless its massive snow
