Jordanelle This Saturday

The weather is looking great and I am planning on hitting Jordanelle this Saturday.

I am planning on taking my canoe with a buddy (Id take my tube but my bud doesnt have one). I've not been to the Rock Cliff area...can someone tell me how close to the water I will be able to park? I don't mind porting my canoe a bit, but if its steep and difficult then I'll try somewhere else.

Anyone want to join us? Look for the green Old Town canoe with 2 dorks trying to look like they know what they are doing and stop by and say hi.

If your going to rockcliff just follow the road and dont park in the water....that should tell ya :}

Good luck on the perchies. Use a wrom and bobber and you cant keep them off. go little deeper for the big ones and dont forget to throw some smallies bait to.

I might go up there I have a float tube but the person I am going up with doesn't. I have never gone there before and I was just wondering if you can fish from the bank? It sounds like a really good place. Tanks

You can fish from the bank, There is acctully alot of good areas all along rockcliff from the bank. If you want to make the walk all the way around to the south side there it is a little deeper and you can get soem bigger pearch and smallies might be a little more. but you can catch fish anywhere in rock cliff all day long
