Had to go up to Tellico Plains early for an appt. so took my fly rod & wading boots to head up to North River for the afternoon to take in God's beautiful creation & have some solitude. Had a great time with some gorgeous wild rainbows & caught a few wild speckled trout in a upper tributary. Caught all on a dry fly on a 3 wt. rod. Even the little ones are fun on that setup. I need to get up there more!
