Rabbit hunting

Thinking of taking 11 year old grandson rabbit hunting next weekend. Anyone know of a place to find jacks or cottontails? Would appreciate any information. Thanks.

I don't know where you live but I use to do pretty good on both around Eureka out on Silver Pass Road. I haven't hunted out there for about two years but we would usually get into the and a lot of them.
