Blackfoot Res Ice.....

I drove out to the Blackfoot Res today on the south end by the dike lake and there were a few guys out there fishing. I got out of the truck and asked them how thick the ice was and one guy yelled out 2"! I checked it out and he was right. They had been in the beers so I guess they felt like that was good enough for them![sly] It has been warmer and things are melting so I think it needs to be a bit thicker for me. Thought Id pass on the info.

Thanks for the info. anybody know if you can still get there through bone? I heard the road was blown in.

dont go bone way, nor trail ck way. ull get stuck.

been blown in for a week, we went through blackfoot last friday and it had some sketchy spots in it.
