The Striper Club received this message from one of the biologists at NDOW. The are doin a study on Stripers on the Lake right now.

Message:Lake Mead Striped Bass Study

On Friday, December 2, ten striped bass were released at Boulder Harbor and nine were released at Echo Bay. These fish are tagged with sonic transmitters and marked with an external red Floy tag. These fish will be tracked weekly to determine their location and habitat preference. If you catch a striped bass with a red tag in its back area, please release this fish back to the lake so we can continue to study these fish. Thank you.

Three fish were tracked on Thursday, 12/7
Two already made it to LVB

Good luck,
