It's nice out today I'm about to hook up my boat and roll out. Gonna try dropshot drifting for trout w/ corn and or maggots. Wish me luck

There was actually a several boats out there. I saw some calm water near the narrows and as I got closer realized ir was ice lol. Did manage to catch 3 trout in a few hours, one was about 23" and around 4 lbs. There were fish being caught by other folks who were trolling. The fish were spotty and random most suspended between 25-50'. My fish caught in 60-70' of water. Water temp 41 degrees.

Gonna go try it again when we get a day that looks like it's not windy and maybe cloudy would help.

If you have cabin fever it may be worth your while to give it a try
