I drove by an hour and a half ago. There was an Eskimo Quickfish III on the ice and yes it's capped! [Image: happy.gif]

Thank you very much for that info . I have a family outing Planned for the 27 of December . The grandkids are out of School and a bunch of the rest of the family and friends are off the week between Christmas and Newyears . We did it last year on a Saturday and it was very crowded and the parking lot was full . Curt G.

I fished it Sunday and even walked across doing test holes; a true 4'' all the way across Fishing was good, however, they were at all levels if you have a vex/marc use it. If not set up poles throughout the column.

Did you get anything of size? When I pontooned it in the fall, they were all pretty small.

Thanks,

a little off subject what about reports of the other lakes in the area like daniels or deep creek. really would like to hit them this weekend but the drive is a bit far for not a good report from the area. thanks

I haven't seen an ice report, but I imagine they have some ice. The catching is pretty iffy and slow for most everyone this year there, so if you are waiting for someone to post a 50 fish day at any of them, it will be a long wait. [laugh][laugh]

They are all close enough that if the fishing isn't good, you can go to Devils or a different reservoir in the area. There are 5 or 6 reservoirs within about 10 or 15 miles.
