Been at it a couple years now ,finally got her done and caught my first december bass . Picked her up on a slow dragged jig ,man one cold ditch pickle ,pale white ,barely flopped around when she hit the deck. First time out in a month gonna have to chase some steelhead or somethin till spring these cold bass are tough to catch. Cant figure out how to post pic here so will put it in the album.

nice. when the water temp falls below 43-45 good luck. its not easy. where did you catch it at? weve managed a few december smallies at strike when crappie fishing and even a january one last year or the year before.once march gets here they will slowly start to come back into action. I CANT WAIT. my boat hates in when i become a crow hunter and leave her home. i am going to try and get her out a day this week. just hope the crappie cooperate this time.
