So Friday I had the day off and decided that I would hit the inlet to do some hard deck fishing. When I got there to my astonishment, the water was draining out the gate and flowing at a pretty fast pace. All open water at the inlet. Has anyone been out to the Pumphouse since Friday? I ventrued over there on Friday afer leaving inlet and it DID NOT look safe. The ice was melting and had melted around a lot of the edges. With this warm and dry weahter I would say that it is real iffy.
