Fallen Officer Help?
#1
Hello All,

As many of you have heard, a traffic event took place in Ogden this week. My good friend and partner, Officer Jared Francom, lost his life in a gun battle. Six other officers were also shot at and seriously injured. On January 22, we'll be having a fundraiser for Francom and his survived wife and two small children. We're asking for any type of prize donations that can be auctioned and/or raffled off. The proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit Francom's family. If you can help, please contact me at:

Thanks so much,

Officer Kaufman(a.k.a catfish77)

{{{{Officers}}}} Cyberhugs to all of you. I wish I could hug you in person. I'm so grateful for the selfless service that all of you provide for us, and for putting your lives on the line every day to help make the world a little bit better for all of us.

There are no words to express the gratitude I feel for Officer Francom, and his service and sacrifice. My heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones, and co-workers. May God hold them in His hands, and grant them peace and comfort.

Stay safe, all of you. God watch over you and bring you home...both to your families every night, and to His arms when you finish walking your beat on this Earth.

Lizard...who is married to a former officer, best friend is still an officer, a couple more members of our family as well, and other friends...

I'm bettin' at least 3/4 of those that post here would hardly miss $5.00 and if those that could would - it'd make a helluva difference to Francoms widow & kids. If you can, more is better.

Anyone that wishes to donate money to the officers need to make that donation at the Bank of Utah. They already have accounts set up for all the officers involved in Wed. nights tragic shooting. Other donations are going through the Ogden Police Benefit Association. If you are interested I will put you in contact with those in charge.

Thank you all for your support.

Very sorry for your loss. I will definitely find some stuff for the auction. I also would encourage everyone to donate what you can at the bank. Skip one trip this summer and use that gas money as a donation to these officers and their families. They surely need it!

These men are hero's! Lets show some support!

Responding to move this back to the top, there is no way we only have 5 responses with something this serious.

Here is a flyer for the event. Most donations will be part of raffle. It should be a huge turnout.
