No slot buster but a great day on the Berry
#1
Got a crazy hair on Friday night and decided to do a solo trip up to the Berry. With the snow being what it is, I decided to head over to Renegade. I pulled off at the first pull out before your reach Renegade. I fished in 16.3 feet of water and had solid action the entire day. I ended up landing 9 Cutty's between 17" and 21.5", I also had another 10-12 that got off. Fished from about 8:00 - 3:30. I have a 2 pole permit and had 3 doubles throughout the day, all in all a great trip.

I was fishing off of a point and was about 50 yards from shore, It's an area that I fish off of a boat in the fall. I have started using frozen minnow that you can buy at Sportsmans. With my 2 both permit I was using one with a whole minnow and on the other I was using a white foxy jig tipped with the tail of a Minnow.
