Eastern Sports & Outdoor Show Reels In Big-Name Fishing Experts
HARRISBURG, PA-This year's lineup of world-class fishing experts at the Eastern Sports & Outdoor Show will be better than ever with a roster that includes Jimmy Houston, Hank Parker and other fishing greats conducting seminars and meeting Show guests.
In addition to fishing legends, this year's show will also feature the latest and best in fishing tackle and technology on display at over 150 fishing related vendors in the Show's giant 172,000-square-foot Fishing Hall including Cabela's, Bass Pro Shops andSHU-Fly Fishing Lure Co.
An expanded retail section at this year's Show features top manufacturers represented by several retailers at the Show, offering Show Specials not available at their stores. Among the 20 new fishing companies represented this year is first-time exhibitor Cashion Fishing Rods offering their new, high-tech fishing rods, Hall's Marine, Almars Outboards, and Dirty Lure Bait Company.

Jimmy Houston - Appearing Feb. 10-11<br />
Jimmy Houston Outdoors has consistently ranked as the number one fishing show for 20 years. A legendary angler, Houston was inducted into the National Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame in 1990 and the Professional Bass Fishing Hall of Fame in 2002. He was inducted into the IGFA Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame and the Legends of the Outdoors Hall of Fame in 2008 and named King of Sports for Fishing in 1989. Houston has written five books including his number one best seller, Caught Me a Big'un. Since winning The Oklahoma State Championship as a college senior in 1966, Jimmy Houston has gone on to win over a million dollars in bass tournaments. He has fished 15 BASSMaster Classics and won the B.A.S.S. Angler of the Year title in both 1976 and 1986. He still fishes the FLW Series.
Hank Parker - Appearing Feb. 6-8<br />
Hank Parker is a two-time BASS Masters Classic Champion and host of one of America's highest rated and most popular outdoor programs, Hank Parker's Outdoor Magazine. During a 13-year stretch, Parker entered more than 120 B.A.S.S. events and finished "in the money" in over 76 percent of them. Parker has been called "the rod and reel answer to Michael Jordan" by CBS host, Greg Gumble. Hank was the first professional angler to ever win the prestigious B. A. S. S. Grand Slam-which includes the BASS Masters Classic, 
B. A. S. S. Angler of the Year, and Super Bass.
Dave Csanda - Appearing Feb. 8-10<br />
Dave Csanda spent 28 years as an editor of In-Fisherman publications and co-host of In-Fisherman Television. While associated with Walleye In-sider magazine and the annual Walleye Guide, he contributed 
countless articles to In-Fisherman magazine and co-authored numerous multi-species books including the five-part Critical Concepts Walleye Series. In 2005, Csanda joined Lindner Media Productions in the creation of Lindner's Angling Edge TV, educational DVDs, television commercials and promotional videos for the outdoor industry. Csanda has fished from Alaska to Australia, Europe to South America, and all across the U. S. and Canada for everything from bass to muskies and panfish to trout. He believes every fish species and location offers its own unique array of challenges and enjoyment--casting, trolling, even flyfishing--and welcomes the opportunity to share his experiences.
Lou Consoli - Appearing February 4-7<br />
Touring Bass Professional Lou Consoli and Founder & CEO of SkippyFiSH Bait Co. of Pennsylvania has been competing at one of the highest levels of competition in the sport since 1989, when he earned the title "Rookie of the Year" by the MBAA tournament organization. He was billed as one of the youngest pro bass fisherman in the country at the age of 17. In 2007 he founded SkippyFiSH Bait Co., who manufactures and sells his famous SkippyFiSH lures and other outdoor related products. In just a short time, Lou has brought his company to worldwide distribution in over 15 countries and has sold over 600,000 units of his product. In 2010 Lou began forming a non-profit organization called Anglers Feeding America. The mission of the company is to feed low-income families across America with the help of anglers, companies and other industry professionals.
Frank Nale - Appearing Feb. 4, 5 & 10-12<br />
Frank Nale will teach the secrets of how to catch more trout than most anglers think is possible during his spinner fishing presentation entitled Spin Fishing For Trout. Nale has caught 100 or more trout in a single day over 1,000 times, all in Pennsylvania. He also has more than 1,000 trout that were 16-inches long or better to his credit. Since 1993 he has averaged over 100 trout per outing and over 13 trout per hour fished. Nale's fast-paced program covers proper spinner fishing tackle, correct technique and stream selection. He guarantees his tips will help all anglers bring more trout, both stocked and wild, to hand, regardless of fishing method.
John Hansen III - Appearing February 4, 5, 8, 11, 12<br />
John Harold Hansen III, or J3 as he is known in the bass fishing world, has spent his life fishing. He has been fishing tournaments for 3 years and has multiple wins under his belt in the Federation and club events. In 2012, John will be fishing the B.A.S.S. Opens were he hopes to gain a berth into the 2013 BassMaster Classic. John will also be fishing select FLW and B.A.S.S. Federation events.
Frank Angelo - Appearing Feb. 4-12<br />
Frank Angelo, a fly fisherman since the age of 12, will present daily instructional seminars showing the proper techniques and "tricks" of fly fishing that he has learned during his 40-year fly fishing career.
