Made it out to the narrows yesterday from about 10 to 3. Move around quite a bit before ever getting any bites. Ended up with three small perch, largest at about 9 inches. Definitely not as action packed as last year. Tough findings.
Did have quite an interesting experience there. Had a small fish, I believe a crappie, come and hang around my holes for about 5 minutes. Went from hole to hole checking things out. See attached picture. About an hour later, saw something that was awesome. A musky, I would guess 3 feet, cruised slowly past my hole. Was so shocked and a little slow to get my phone out to take a picture. Truly awesome. I had never seen one on Pineview. Not something I will soon forget. Now I have a new goal for summer... get one of those on my line.
