Great Ice Still and Not Overcrowded
#1
If you're not done with ice fishing season quite yet, there is still good ice at Sulphur Creek and it hasn't been overcrowded. We are holding the derby on February 4th at the Sulphur Creek Reservoir just outside of Evanston, WY. It's a 45 min drive from Park city East on I-80 then just south on Hwy 150 towards Mirror Lake. We still have space for people interested in participating in the derby and would love for anyone to come and join us. This is a fundraiser for girls softball and they work hard in the derby and the season. We are the Evanston Thunder and our girls are the Wyoming 14U division defending State Champions! The girls will be out selling raffle tickets for prizes including a jiffy power auger, Mr. Heater Heater Buddy, fish finders, jaw jackers, ice fishing sled, and other ice fishing gear. They will also be selling food and drinks out on the ice. Fishing has been great out there this year and I'm hoping for the same during the derby. I've attached the derby info here, if anyone else would like to participate just fill in the form and mail the check to the Evanston Thunder at the address at the form. Everyone is welcome! Last year we had a blast and we are looking for just as much fun this year. Thank you for all the awesome BFT support so far and hope to see and meet more of you out there this year. Good luck fishing to all and let me know if you have any other questions. See you on Saturday February 4th!![cool][cool][cool][cool][cool][cool]

Thought I would make one more post since it's only 2 days until the derby. If you haven't signed up already but would still like to come for the derby and a chance at the cash and prizes you can show up at the Sulphur Creek Boat Ramp at 6:00am and still register to fish the derby. We will be taking registrations that morning and will get everyone out on the ice to start fishing at 7:00am. Again, thanks to all that are coming and I look forward to meeting you in a few days. Good luck to all you ice anglers[Smile][Smile]

Either cash or check will work just fine. For the day of the derby I would prefer cash if possible, but will definitely accept checks too. Good luck with the derby tomorrow, look forward to meeting you.

Ya no problem, I'll be running people out onto the ice so I'll give them to my wife and have her set them at the registration table and give them to people as they come through. If I'm not around just give them to her and I'll let her know to expect it tonight. Her name is Cassidy and she will be the tall blonde. Thanks and see ya tomorrow.

Sounds good, if I see it I'll definitely do that. Good luck tomorrow. If I'm out running around stop me too, I'll have my tan and black Wyoming Cowboys coat on with the BFT patch on the sleeve.
