Fished two days at in Guntersville's Honeycomb Creek. Fish were located in 17 to 25 FOW. Dr. David Freeman, pastor of Weatherly Heights Baptist in Huntsville Al, accompanied me on Monday. The huge drum kept us occupied most of the day, but David caught his PB largemouth (about 5 lbs.) and lost another bass at boatside about the same size. A few white bass showed up in the afternoon. On Tuesday I made a solo trip to the same location and found that this was a "catching" day! White bass, yellow bass and drum kept me busy all day. Also had some bass, crappie and catfish to keep things interesting. All fish caught on 1/4 oz. jigging spoons.
