It is a ghost fish. They don't fight as hard as the rock fish or stick fish that I have caught..LOL

Sorry!!!! There was no photo of the fish when I first looked at the post. As soon as I posted my first post it appeared miraculously. I am no expert, but I would say a shiner.

Could be a young Pike Minnow. Those exist in the whole Payette system up as far as Cascade, at least. It has some similarities but the mouth doesn't look quite right.

That is a mature redside shiner. You should have saved it for catfish bait. That is the perfect size.
