<br /> Late this morning it looked like the day was going to turn out nice, so I gave DK a call and we got together late this afternoon. We put in at the Riverpark and headed downstream. First cast was around 4 pm. DK caught the boat&#39;s first fish, then when had a pretty long dry spell. We finally got into some fish between the Boathouse Restaurant and the rowing club. Dk caught a decent spot, I got my first fish of the year in the boat shortly after, about an 8lb drum. It kinda 
d at DK like he knew him. Or maybe, he was glad a nasty lamprey eel fell off of him when he got in the boat. I finished up with a small white bass. I caught both of my fish bouncing a Fat Albert grub off the bottom. DK used some weird looking plastic thingies.<br /> Short trip, few fish, but, great fun and fellowship. A perfect afternoon.
