Steelhead Run

hello,

Im stationed at Hill AFB in Utah, I was wondering if anyone would give me some pointers on where I could go that isnt too far a drive and get into the steelhead. Im from Michigan so catching spring steelies has always been my favorite time to fish, but taking leave to go home is not an option..any advice would be helpful i just thought i could drive up for a day or two.

Hey, as soon as dead water breaks out you can go to Salmon or Challis, Idaho. Just keep checking on here to see when dead water breaks out. It is about a 6 hour drive from Salt Lake to Salmon, ID.
